Lately, I have been talking a bit more of being the best and then focusing it to being the best web developer.

One may have the best designs and the best programmers of ASP and PHP out there, but if the company can not deliver on time then what is the use? If the customer, God forbid, ends up getting annoyed by demands that fall under the huge umbrella of unprofessionalism, then you may be the best web designer, web programmer or the best web developer, but you are not what anyone would be looking for.
